ImportX is an independent module which can be trained to receive files via email or upload and import content automatically in a database.
This module can be used to import data collected on the vessel directly to COMPAS. The system provides a pre-defined template which can be filled with all relevant details and sent to a designated email ID which is constantly monitored by ImportX. Once a file is received, ImportX will automatically retrieve and import the data.
ImportX can be used for:
- Import of monthly vessel variables for crew deductions such as cash advance, slopchest...
- Import of other earnings and deductions for the crew.
- Import of e-appraisals from the vessel.
- Import of exchange rates.
